By encouraging a cashless environment the school removes the stigma often associated with free school meals, and significantly reduces the risk of bullying. With a number of ways to credit individual accounts, including revaluation terminals and online payment options, there really is no need for students to carry cash in the school.

Students are encouraged to use self service revaluation terminals (money loaders) to preload their account outside the canteen environment. Parents or guardians can also add funds to their child's account online or at the school office, removing the need for children to carry money altogether.

The online reporting engine provides detailed reports on purchase history and healthy eating choices. When combined with** OnRecord e-registration** and OnRecord Identity Manager, this can also include reporting on attendance and truancy statistics.
