OnRecord Primary is a tailored facilities management solution designed specifically for primary schools. OnRecord Primary is designed to fully integrate with the school's existing Management Information System (MIS) to extend the functionality of core solutions.

Removing the requirement for card-based recognition OnRecord Primary can be used with onscreen or biometric (fingerprint) recognition to provide dinner money administration, record meal choices and provide accurate attendance figures for the school.

Why Primary

Gladstone Education understands that most primary schools would benefit significantly from the introduction of a system that would help them to manage dinner money collection and canteen provision of school meals. However such systems are often far more complex than needed and more expensive than the limited budget of the average primary school would allow.

So simple to use, ..even a child can do it!

When introducing cashless catering and electronic registration to a school environment, children are normally expected to carry some form of card. However with OnRecord Primary and the innovative approach that Gladstone Education takes to solution provision, the latest biometric (fingerprint) technology can be utilised to recognise children in both the classroom and canteen environments.

Children simply present their finger to a reader in the canteen to confirm their choice of meal (if applicable) and the appropriate deductions can be made from their dinner money account.

The requirement for administrational support is minimised by the immediate availability of registration and dinner money collection data, allowing the canteen to prepare for lunchtime requirements as soon as class registration has been completed.

Parents can also use 'self-service' revaluation terminals (money loaders) placed within common areas of the school to load money to their child's account at their own convenience. Alternatively money can be loaded from the comfort of their home by integration with an online payment gateway.
